Today let's take a ride through the streets of the Brera Design District, and we see the news that proposes us the Fuorisalone 2015 in design technology and innovation. Are you ready to go?
Yesterday we did a quick lap in the Brera and we saw some interesting innovations in the field of green design and technology associated with the social networks, If you missed the first part you can find it here:
+ FuoriSalone 2015: Brera Design District / First round
Today for the second round we focus on different realities that have in common the innovation and strong relationship with nature as inspiration. Yesterday we left the Academy and today we start from there.
Art & Design at the Brera Academy By Roberto Semprini
After Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera we turn left (I'll let you look at some of the windows Crespi, I know you want to see them…) and walk in Via Fiori Chiari in direction of’Former Church of San Carpoforo.
Yep! I'll take you in the center in a former church to see several companies that expose their excellence. The interesting thing is that the construction is envisioned as a large loft decorated by an artist or an art collector & design.
Walking through this exhibit space regenerates (considering the outside temperature) and relaxes, It's just like entering a private residence and enjoy the hospitality of the owner. Here some exhibition I affected: Nube with spectacular sofas and chairs Bat Tech with an interactive Winery really special.
Nube
This collection designed by Marco Corti and Carlo Colombo is a real godsend. The exhibition space is invaded by visitors of all ages who try Nube collection, sit and sit back in a picturesque setting on the sofas and armchairs but leave intact the sumptuous bed Savoy with a really impressive headbord.
The everyone's favorite is the modular sofa Zar maybe because it's able to sit several people? Can not sit... all seats are occupied.
But my absolute favorite is the Fancy Chair by Marco Corti, a guy sitting over there and I understand from the satisfied expression, the line closely resembles the design of the 1960s, clean and simple yet functional. Is not this the kind of design that stands the test of time?

Bat Tech
Among armchairs and sofas a technological novelty dedicated to the world of food. My Sommelier is a cellar home automation cutting edge that attracts my attention immediately because it changes color and of course the atmosphere of the environment. This winery has eight separate areas fully customizable temperature controlled through an application that works in real time.
This evening I have guests for dinner, and I'm at work but I can control from the office which wines I have in my basement home automation and their temperature. Brilliant and functional!

Foscarini
Once rested and refreshed from the deconsecrated church we go to a milestone in the history of design at Foscarini Spazio Brera in Via Fiori Chiari. Let's get back on the main street full of people doing the aperitivo and we look at the impressive tunnel of light that welcomes visitors and takes us on a journey through the designs on display.
Very funny also the interactive game, an hashtag cloud to be used to share the design products exhibited.

Made In Ratio
After the visit to Foscarini Spazio Brera we are dog-tired. My smartphone is almost 5 kilometres travelled on foot and sincerely feels, is the case of resume the scooter and go for a ride to Corso Garibaldi and try Made In Ratio. Let's have a chat with the London based designer Peter Cathersides that was really very helpful and presented us an interesting collection in a striking space industrial style.
His collection, which includes seats, tables and lamps, I particularly loved the seating. Cowrie Chair inspired by the shapes of the sea shells is a interesting piece because it is made from a single plank of plywood folded and cut and then coated with different essences.
Alpha Chair, as the name suggests, has the form of an “A” and it's simple and refined at the same time. The session consists of five pieces that are shaped to make plastic project, in the dark chair you'll hardly notice the junction point of the pieces.
I must say that the whole collection is very interesting especially because inspired by nature and its incredible forms.

Presotto. Living Materials
This last stage is dedicated to Presotto at Showroom Escada in Via Solferino 19 where awaits a television which do not expect. The mirror turns to tv, perfectly inserted in a crazy asymmetric library.
The positives abound, as a woman I can only appreciate the fact that there are no visible cables and supplementary technology is hidden! These designers have thought about women also because once off the TV turns into a big mirror.
The path to follow is very interesting and in line with the proposed by Expo 2015 “feed the planet, energy for life”. The interiors are designed to show the the link between design and foodor, so every time we pass in one of the five rooms we feel we immerse ourselves in a different environment dedicated to man, wine, cereals, sea and legumes.
