Mechanical common objects become unwitting artists, mechanical generates art. Take a simple spring-loaded toy and take of cotton swabs soaked in colour and you will get a kaleidoscope of colors at close range. The same happens with other items that we dropped in some drawer because obsolete. The mechanics is in support of art and this is demonstrated by the graphic designer Echo Yang.

In the series of videos you see below the art is generated by simple objects that are, usually, in our homes. Someone even has anobsolete object as the walkman, now supplanted by iPods and the latest generation devices. In a sense is like giving a new life to objects that don't have more life , moreover, with a similar experiment watch your old walkman with different eyes, asking what else can create simply by running.

As you'll see in the videos are relatively simple experiments (the result is surprising because the idea is simple… but first must have the idea!), in most cases with a bit of glue, wire and color mechanical art created from surfaces on an immaculate sheet.

Fantastic experiment perfectly in line with the ideology of the reuse. Sometimes not throw away things can come in handy.
