Christmas craft: Diy Last minute sweet bags
With this article you will realize this small candy bags recycling wrapping paper or shopping paper bags. Nothing more simple and fast for this project “last minute”, just cut strips of paper, pick up a needle and thread and candies of your choice.
Materials to be used:
- paper: you can use either the wrapping paper advanced or simple food paper bags;
- sewing machine + colored thread;
- candy: choose candy that will not melt with the heat and resist if you do not eat right away!
- Christmas labels: free downloadable on this article;
If you are not familiar with the sewing machine and to avoid going out of register with paper just fold the strips and sew only three sides to close the sweet bags. My bags are approximately 12 cm x 15 cm but you can measure them you prefer.
As I see it the smaller the better!
Now you just have to choose the type of point to be applied with the sewing machine, I tried almost all of them. Important: not overfill the bags otherwise they will not close!
These bags are manufactured differently, again nothing simpler: only two side seams and closing wrap.
I could not resist and I made some pictures with homemade cookies!
